AUSTRAL ROAD

Throught the north of the Patagonia, this route crosses 1.000 km (622 mi) of huge lakes, fjords and rivers. Its views of forests, glaciars and steep moutain side, evoke the image of Earth on its formation. Due to these priviledged conditions, fishing, hot springs and adventure sports areas have been developed. It is also possible to observe a large variety of fauna with more than 23 species of birds and mammals, as well as a large number of national parks and natural reserves.
